The recovery process is intended at converting a client’s receivables into liquid assets as quickly and efficient as possible. The process follows a tripartite and well-planned procedure agreed between the client, our firm and the debtor. The process involves; analyzing the debt, assessment of the payment bottlenecks, agreeing of payment alternatives, setting commitments and timelines, debt collection or resorting to alternative legal measures in case of default.
